QC Hydraulics designed two piece stainless steel hose tail fittings and ferrules are compatible with Eaton designs, which meet SAE, JIS, BSP, DIN & ISO Specs. The ferrule used with two-piece fittings allows greater flexibility in hose selection and connection, including 1SN, 2SN and multi-spiral hoses which allow for multiple two-piece fitting and ferrule options to accommodate the specific application.

Thread connections include JIC, SAE, NPT/NPTF, ORB, ORFS, BSPP and metric threads, available in straight, 45 and 90º elbow hose fittings. Besides, we can also supply Code 61/ Code 62 flanges, tube stub ends, and other custom hose fittings are also available.

The raw materials include AISI 304(1.4401), AISI 316L(1.4404) & AISI 316Ti(1.4571).

Yes, we do. When we develop a new hose fitting, we first make some hose assemblies to do impulse test before releasing to market.

However, we don’t do impulse test for every batch.

Of course, we could do impulse test if a customer has a request.

It depends on the order volume and if we have them in stock or not. If we have the fittings you are looking for in stock, we can ship it within 1 working day after receiving the PO. If we don’t have the fittings in stock, normally it takes 7-45 days for production that depends on the order volume.

Yes, we provide detailed crimping specifications for each fitting model to ensure proper assembly. If needed, we can also recommend compatible crimping machines and dies for precise crimping.

No, at present, we are focused on stainless steel fittings only. Because all our CNC lathe machines and equipment are designed for manufacturing stainless steel fittings.
