What’s Instrumentation Tube Fittings?

Instrumentation Tube Fittings consist of four hydraulic components: Fittings body, nut, front ferrule & back ferrule.

Instrumentation tube fittings are double ferrule type fittings which provide leak-proof, torque-free seals at the tubing connection, which is a type of tubing fitting designed for use in high-pressure and temperature applications, such as process instrumentation and control systems. They are typically made using stainless steel or brass and are able to provide leak-proof and secure connections. Instrumentation tube fittings are available in a variety of sizes, styles, and designs to meet the specific needs of each application.

QC Hydraulics compression tube fittings is a two-ferrule design to ensure leak-free performance in high pressure instrumentation applications. Our fittings are designed and manufactured to compatible with Swagelok, SSP & Parker. Material available: SS 304 & SS 316L. Size range from 1/8” to 2”.
