What’s flareless tube fittings?
SAE Flareless Tube fittings are a type of tube fitting designed for medium to high-pressure applications, which also can be as a compression fitting with a single ferrule and a nut to make a connection that eliminates the need for flaring of the tubing. SAE Flareless Tube fittings are available in a variety of sizes and styles to meet the specific needs of each application.
Flareless tube fitting consists of nut, ferrule, and fitting body that works by forcing the ferrule cutting edge into the tubing wall to form a seal. The resulting spring-action joint offers a leak proof seal and resistance to vibration.
